How long will my project take to complete?

The length of time until completion relies on many factors. For most shingle roofs we are able to complete the product in under 2 business days. For the most up to date information please reach out to your customer service representative. 

Will Total Home Roofing Sales representatives come to my home?

Yes, our Total Home Roofing Sales representatives will come to your home to get an on site look at your roof. They are typically able to provide you an estimate during the same day. 

What is the cost of a new roof?

The cost of your new roof depends on many factors from size to the roofing materials needed to complete the project. Our Roofing Sales Representatives are here ready to help you estimate the cost of your new roof! 

Are credit cards accepted?

Yes, we accept all major credit cards! 

Do I need to be home while the work is being done?

No, in fact the experience may be more enjoyable for you if you are not inside the home. Re roofing is a loud process, we are unable to predict how loud this will be however most homeowners said they found it quieter outdoors while the process was complete. 

Who will do the work for my project?

All of our crews only do work for Total Home Roofing. So you can be guaranteed to get the Total Home Roofing experience throughout the entire process. 

How long will it take to complete my project?

Most shingle roofs can be completed in two days! However at times it may take slightly longer to complete a roof based off of your home location. Your customer service representative will have the most up to date information. 

How can I tell if my home needs a new roof?

You Can’t. The best way to tell if you need a new roof is to have a licensed contractor come and take a look at your roof. Here at Total Home Roofing we offer not only a FREE estimate, but also back our product for 15 years!

Will my homeowners insurance cover the cost of a new roof in the event of hail damage?

Our Roofing Specialists work directly with ALL INSURANCE COMPANIES and always make sure you get the maximum benefits. Our professionals understand what your insurance should cover and work closely with the insurance adjuster to ensure your claim is done properly. We will help you with your claim from beginning to end.

Do you offer different roofing systems and color schemes?

Due to our company being the biggest Owens Corning contractor in the country we can get all of the shingle options that are being offered and may be out of stock to other roofing companies. 

Will a leak in my roof cause long-term damage?

Yes, if you have a leak in your roof it will ultimately cause long term damage. Your best solution is to have a Total Home Roofing representative come out and give you a FREE estimate on what is the best replacement option. 

How can hail damage a roof?

Hail will not cause immediate leaks or damage, however it will take life off of your roof. Hail storms can cause the integrity of your shingles on the roof. Due to this the life of your roof may be less than expected. 

When will the construction dumpster arrive at my property?

The dumpsters are typically dropped off the day before or the morning of your scheduled start date. 

When will my final inspection take place?

Your final inspection will take place within one week after roof completion. This can potentially be postponed based on your county’s availability. 

When will the remaining construction items and debris be removed from my property?

Typically within 24 hours of completion all items related to the construction are removed from the property. 

When will the Wind Mitigation process take place?

Once your final inspection has been scheduled we will work with our 3rd party contractors to schedule your wind mitigation. They will then become your main point of contact for the process. 

When will my home’s shingles arrive?

Shingles will typically arrive on site within 48 hours of your projects projected start date.
